We are looking for an experienced purchasing professional who thrives in an agile product development cycle and integrates market know-how in software development, cloud services, vehicle design, and more into our business. You will help HOLON build a reliable and resilient partner ecosystem to shape our future products.

• Develop and own the supply portfolio strategy for software development, cloud services, and vehicle design services, including scouting, selecting, and onboarding suppliers based on market analyses and benchmarks
• Build and maintain reliable, innovation-driven supplier relationships to support vehicle and E/E architecture development cycles
• Build strong, reliable and innovation-driven supplier relationships to support our vehicle and E/E architecture development cycles
• Manage all procurement activities across the product development lifecycle, focusing on supplier contributions to key milestones
• Evaluate new suppliers from commercial, technical, and quality perspectives together with R&D and Quality teams
• Lead contract and licensing negotiations, covering IP rights, SLAs, subscription models, cybersecurity, and data requirements
• Conduct supplier audits and ensure timely delivery and performance throughout all project phases
• Provide market insights, communicate sourcing strategies internally, identify cost‑optimization potential, and coordinate supplier escalations

Your profile

• Completed (Master‑) studies in one of the fields of Business Administration, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in hardware and/or software development services purchasing, preferably in the automotive and/or high‑tech electronics industry
• Comprehensive understanding of complex automotive (software) development processes and of strategic requirements towards respective external development partners
• Significant negotiation experience in complex and mile‑stone‑driven procurement settings in international contexts
• Strong intercultural skills and availability for international and national business trips
• Fluency in English language, further language skills are a plus
• Experience with major cloud platforms is a plus
