We are looking for you to join our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity.

Responsibilities

• be responsible for a 360‑degree portfolio of international spirits brands and work with us to break new ground to further develop your portfolio of suppliers and brands
• define, manage and be responsible for the strategic direction of the suppliers you are responsible for and conduct negotiations independently
• be responsible for improving conditions, pricing, distribution rights, investments and maintaining a long‑term partnership with our suppliers
• optimise supplier structures in terms of costs, quality and performance
• take over the pricing of your own suppliers within the framework of the product group strategy
• work closely with various interfaces, such as our sales departments, category management and logistics

Preferred Profile

• A successfully completed degree in economics and/or comparable training
• The desire to take on a new challenge in the spirits sector, with enthusiasm and an affinity for the product group, responsibility for our top suppliers and several years of professional experience in purchasing or product management in an international trading company
• An assertive, strong negotiator who keeps a cool head even when the workload is high
• A hands‑on mentality in operational business with a strategic way of thinking and conceptual approach to work
• Strong communication skills, even across different hierarchical levels, and very good analytical skills
• Business fluent written and spoken German and English
• Confident knowledge of MS Office and, ideally, SAP/ERP
