Role Description

This is a full-time, 100% Remote role for a Senior Charter Broker. In this role, you will oversee the planning and coordination of private aviation charters tailored to client needs, ensuring operational and logistical perfection. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, handling aircraft bookings, preparing quotations, and negotiating with operators to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining high service standards. You will also focus on identifying new business opportunities, providing consultation to clients, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in charter brokerage, customer relationship management, and negotiation
• Strong organizational skills along with attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
• Knowledge of international private aviation regulations and operations
• Proficiency in using booking software and ability to quickly adapt to bespoke systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Flexibility to work unusual hours and be available in a dynamic 24/7 operational setting
• Background in aviation, logistics, client services, or a related field is an advantage
• Degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related subject is an asset
