(Senior) Chief Of Staff (m/f/d)

Our client is a financial services plattform which is backed by a successful Private Equity Fund.

Tasks

We are now looking for an experienced Chief of Staff (m/f/d) who is strengthening the organization and helps implementing new business strategies.

Your tasks

• Supporting the management team in running the company, including coordinating management bodies
• Acting as an interface between the firm and its strategic partners
• Leading special projects to expand and strengthen the company's activities
• Overseeing HR and team development, including training, professional development and offsite activities, in cooperation with service providers
• Leading marketing and communications activities, including events

Requirements

What we are looking for

• At least 8 years of experience in project management and/or operations, ideally in financial services, technology and/or Private Equity
• Proven ability to structure and implement initiatives in a broad generalist environment
• Talent for establishing connections between different areas and ensuring seamless implementation
• Strong attention to detail, proactivity and organisational skills, with comfort in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Excellent communication skills in English and German language
