Senior Claims Professional (m/f/d)

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can listen to unsettled payment claims issues, and offer solutions to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of negotiation skills with expertise on claims processing. The candidate will offer quick and accurate assistance to all customers.

About the role:

1. Contacting debtors in writing (mostly emails) regarding billing issues, claim outcomes and general client concerns.
2. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients.
3. Responds to complex/difficult inquiries from both internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Assists the claims supervisor with escalated calls.
