Senior Client Relations Manager – Media & Entertainment
You will act as a trusted advisor to customers regarding the importance and potential of market research, innovation, and consumer centrality. You will work closely with the Director of Sales and build and manage relationships with companies in the Media/Entertainment sector, showcasing our capabilities and developing mutually beneficial commercial frameworks with stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- You will develop and own the growth strategy for the Media/Entertainment vertical
- You will represent the company to marketing and insights decision‑makers within the Media/Entertainment industry
- You will acquire new customers, advising and coaching them on the most relevant Market Research approach, leveraging our platform and methodologies portfolio
- You will scope and qualify client requirements for both new and existing projects
- You act as the voice of our Media/Entertainment customers, staying attuned to their pain points, competition, and growth prospects
- You will build and maintain a strong network within the Media/Entertainment industry
- You will create partnership opportunities within the industry to further strengthen our positioning as a research partner
- You will represent the company at trade fairs and public speaking events, expand your network, and leverage existing contacts to drive our business
- You will work closely with our Customer Success, Inside Sales and Marketing teams to maximise growth opportunities
You will thrive in this role if
- You have 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the Media/Entertainment industry
- You have an extensive network within the Media/Entertainment industry, coupled with a strong customer‑centric mindset
- You have experience handling the full life cycle from pre‑sales to closing
- You have excellent proficiency in German and English (other languages are a plus)
- You are proficient in working with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot
- You are based in Germany, ideally in Hamburg
- You have an empathetic nature with a keen sense for understanding the needs of others
