Role Overview:
Client Relationship Representative - eCommerce are responsible for promoting company's eCommerce services while providing merchants with the necessary support to ensure business continuity and optimal service usage.
Key Responsibilities:
· Promote company's eCommerce payments technology services;
· Assist merchants with verification and activation processes;
· Monitor and analyze portfolio performance;
· Provide remote support and consultation for existing customers;
· Perform scheduled and self-initiated activities;
· Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration;
· Enter and maintain up to date client information into the company's database and keep records with relevant data;
· Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies;
· Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage;
· Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope;
· Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner.
