(Senior) Cloud and Windows Administrator

We're on a quest to recruit a seasoned Cloud and Windows Administrator to be the champion of our admin systems. Your mission? Take full command of the cloud and on-premise infrastructure that keeps our back‑office and admin functions running smoothly, while our games operate on separate servers. You'll be responsible for both the day‑to‑day management and the strategic decision‑making necessary to maintain and optimize our infrastructure, ensuring our on‑premise systems evolves seamlessly into cloud solutions whenever it makes sense.

Your mission

Maintain and enhance Microsoft Azure Cloud services, while facilitating the migration of on‑premise administrative services to the cloud.
Administer Microsoft 365, Power BI, and SharePoint.
Oversee user management including SSO.
Maintain existing on‑premise infrastructure (Hyper‑V, Windows Servers, Active Directory, etc.).
Manage Google Cloud infrastructure including GCP, Firebase, BigQuery, and PlayStore.
Administer and troubleshoot Intune and SCCM.
Oversee network monitoring using CheckMK.

Your skill set

Professional experience: minimum 3+ years of experience in managing Microsoft Cloud and On‑Premises systems.
Proven background: hands‑on experience in scripting and automation, ideally in PowerShell.
Training and theoretical knowledge: studied in a relevant field, completed a training as “Fachinformatiker” or similar formal training.
Communication: fluent English is mandatory; German is a plus.
Motivation and drive: self‑driven, willing to learn new skills and embrace new opportunities.
Self‑organization: work independently, structure tasks, set clear priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
