Your role at Nordcloud As a Cloud Project Manager, you will lead local and international cloud transformation projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring that each solution meets the highest standards. While most of your work can be done remotely, you're also willing to work on-site when needed. Your Responsibilities End-to-end management of cloud projects – from planning and execution to deliveryEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality expectationsCollaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into actionable project deliverablesLead and coordinate internal and external project teamsProactively manage risks, timelines, resources and budgetsCreate project reports and status updates for clients and internal stakeholdersAlign with Nordcloud’s project management standards and best practicesSupport the sales team in preparing proposals and project estimates What We Expect From You At least 4 years of experience managing IT projects, especially cloud and application migrationsGood understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) – certification or willingness to obtain oneHands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe or Kanban – certifications are a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and process-driven approachExcellent communication skills – able to present complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholdersConfident in managing customer expectations, contracts, and project communicationsProven experience leading teams and taking ownership of successful project deliveryBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualificationFluency in German and English What You Can Expect From Us A dynamic, international work environment with flat hierarchiesAutonomy, trust and room to growOngoing training and support for certificationsRemote-first setup with occasional travel to clientsA strong community of passionate cloud professionals We encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
