Senior Cloud Security Architect

We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Security Architect to lead the security strategy and implementation across our cloud-based analytics platforms. This is a remote‑first role for experienced security professionals with deep knowledge in enterprise cloud security risk management and modern DevSecOps practices.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain security governance frameworks and documentation for cloud‑based analytics platforms on Azure and GCP.
• Provide consultation to product and platform teams on risk mitigation and security best practices across new and existing services.
• Advise on the creation of security concepts and secure‑by‑design architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Assess technical designs and deployments from a security standpoint and align recommendations with enterprise‑wide policies.
• Guide the implementation of vulnerability management strategies, security tools and incident response procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps and compliance teams to build security into the software development lifecycle (SSDLC).
• Lead and participate in architecture reviews to ensure all go‑live solutions meet fintech‑grade security requirements.
• Leverage expertise in Kubernetes and cloud‑native environments to secure containerized workloads and runtime operations.
• Evaluate security posture and drive standardization across all cloud platforms (Azure and GCP).
• Provide hands‑on support in implementing security automation and DevSecOps tooling.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise‑grade cloud security solutions.
• Strong background in Kubernetes security, container runtime protection and cloud‑native environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, CIS Benchmarks and threat modeling methodologies.
• Practical experience in SSDLC, vulnerability remediation and policy enforcement using tools such as Prisma Cloud, Checkov, SBOM, OPA Gatekeeper or Kyverno.
• Proven ability to communicate complex security topics clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast‑paced international environments with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Visionary mindset with a focus on automation, scalability and a security‑first culture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
