Position Overview

We are looking for a commercially focused and experienced qualified lawyer to join our expanding legal team in a fast-paced and innovative technology and telecommunications business .

This position can be based in Amsterdam, Berlin or Warsaw and is suited to candidates qualified in the US, UK, the Netherlands, or Germany , with fluency in Dutch, German, Polish or Portuguese , as well as English .

You will play a critical role in structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions, managing regulatory risk, and advising on legal strategy across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate agreements supporting the needs of a rapidly growing tech and telecom business, including:
• Major B2B commercial contracts
• Technical supplier and support contracts
• MVNO and international roaming agreements
• Draft and manage a wide variety of commercial agreements , including:
• SaaS, cloud, and telecom infrastructure contracts
• Licensing , vendor , and strategic partnership agreements
• Work cross-functionally with sales, procurement, finance, and operations to support commercial initiatives
• Contribute to the development of contract templates and scalable legal processes
• Liaise with and manage external counsel to support international legal matters efficiently and effectively
• Shape the company’s legal and commercial strategy , especially in relation to complex technology transactions

Requirements

Must Have

• Qualified to practice law in the US, UK, Brazil, the Netherlands, or Germany
• 4–10 years of post-qualification experience
• Trained at a top‑tier US, UK, or Brazilian law firm ; in‑house experience in tech, telecom, or digital infrastructure is an advantage
• Strong expertise in:
• Commercial contracts
• Telecom and technology law
• US, UK, or EU regulatory frameworks
• Fluency in Portuguese , Dutch , or German , and English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Able to manage complex legal issues independently while working collaboratively in an international environment
• Detail orientated, organised, and able to prioritise competing demands effectively to deliver outstanding client outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience with Brazilian, Dutch, or German corporate law
• Prior in‑house legal experience with a focus on contract negotiation
• Exposure to IP law or telecom regulatory frameworks
• Fluency in French, Spanish, or other European languages
• A passion for technology and digital innovation
