Following huge success across EMEA, they’re now expanding their German commercial team and hiring a Senior Commercial Lead to own direct enterprise sales across key verticals.

The Role

As Senior Commercial Lead, you’ll take full ownership of revenue growth across selected enterprise verticals. You’ll run end‑to‑end enterprise cycles, from prospecting and discovery through to value definition, negotiation, and long‑term commercial partnerships.

You’ll work cross‑functionally with sales, solutions, partnerships, product and leadership teams to unlock new revenue opportunities, deepen client adoption, and strengthen the platform’s integrated value proposition.

This role is ideal for someone who wants autonomy, high impact, and the chance to shape Germany’s go‑to‑market strategy for a truly category‑defining tech company.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new direct sales across assigned enterprise accounts, owning the full sales cycle from intro to close.
  • Build and expand strategic relationships with major global brands.
  • Lead value‑based selling conversations across business & technical leadership.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and weekly leadership updates with accuracy.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert on data collaboration, cloud ecosystems, and privacy‑enhancing tech.
  • Achieve (and exceed) quarterly & annual revenue targets.
  • Attend industry events to build your network and represent the business.
  • Work closely with the existing sales team to deepen penetration across German enterprise clients.

About You

  • 5+ years enterprise sales experience in SaaS / cloud / data infrastructure / adtech / martech / privacy tech.
  • Strong track record of hitting and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management – you’re confident engaging C‑suite across commercial, technical, and data teams.
  • Deep understanding of modern data architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake), identity, data clean rooms, and privacy‑first technology.
  • Highly structured, highly commercial, and able to build creative value propositions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and able to operate autonomously, move at pace, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Experience selling into one or more of: Travel, Finance, Autos, Luxury, Health, Entertainment, Utilities is a bonus.
