The Senior Expert, Commercial Project Management (m/f/d) is responsible for all commercial project related topics and the commercial optimization of the project within our Data Center Business Unit.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Responsibility for all commercial project related topics and commercial optimization of the project
• Control and monitoring of all commercial resources and agendas in the project (purchasing, project controlling, scheduling)
• Ensuring and being responsible for the content of the timely and qualitatively required project reporting and project cash flow management
• Preparation of budget and forecast - cooperation in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
• Coordination with the project manager for the purpose of achieving the project goals or their optimization
• Maintaining customer relationship and claim management
• Sparring partner for the Project Manager, functional reporting line to Head of Project Commercial Management

Show Your Expertise

• Successfully completed studies or training in the field of business administration or engineering technology
• Extensive professional experience in handling large projects, ideally data center projects
• Knowledge of contract law (HGB, BGB, international) and IFRS (USGAAP)
• Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
• High willingness to travel or keen to work on a construction site for a longer period of time
• Profound interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable operating and communicating at all levels within an organization and with customers
