We hold a portfolio of more than 1400 products from mainstream and independent brands and serve clients in 33 European countries. We aim to support retail – and food service channels, online as well as offline and provide access to top‑quality authentic trend products, with the goal of becoming the benchmark for international food distribution in Europe. As Senior Commercial Marketing Manager , you will drive Crevel’s overall marketing strategy across Europe, with special focus on our growth market: Germany. You will shape Crevel’s brand identity, strengthen market presence, and design impactful campaigns that grow awareness, engagement, and above all: boost sales — for our own Crevel brand(s) (B2B) and our partner brands (B2C).

This is a senior leadership role for a visionary, commercial marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, directly impacting our sales. The profile we are looking for does not only understand the dynamics of FMCG and food brands in the German food retail landscape, it also thrives in a fast‑paced, sales driven, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Marketing Strategy + Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive multi‑channel B2B‑marketing and brand strategy for the Crevel Europe Group that measurably drives sales performance.
  • Brand positioning + Brand Communication: Lead all aspects of B2B brand positioning and communication of Crevel Europe’s and other owned B2B brand‘s presence in retail offline and online.
  • B2B Marketing Campaigns: Create and co‑execute impactful year‑round commercial campaigns for Crevel Europe across owned and 3rd‑party key channels.
  • Marketing Plans + Plan Execution: Develop and execute 360⁰ B2C Marketing Plans for our Gold Partner brands in Germany.
  • Execute Cross‑Functional Strategies: Partner closely with Sales, Category Management, E‑Commerce and Supply Chain to align marketing efforts and directly impact business goals.
  • Team mentoring: Manage and mentor the marketing team and supporting functions (digital + trade marketing).
  • Build + Manage external agency network: Create and manage a strong network of external agencies, which help executing brand strategies for our partners.
  • Insights + trends: Be on top of consumer/product/market developments, especially in Germany’s retail market, in our space to identify future growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Sparring Partner: As part of the leadership team you act as sounding board and sparring partner for strategic decisions and commercial growth plans.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field plus 10‑15 years in marketing, preferably in brand marketing within FMCG, with hands‑on experience growing successful brands in Germany.
  • Strong acumen in impacting business results. Commercial background / sales experience is a must.
  • Native or fluent German language skills and German retail market knowledge are a requirement for this role.
  • Excellent command of English required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Proven commercial track record in brand building and growth marketing, driving measurable sales results in Germany and beyond, with extensive experience operating within the German retail market.
  • Creative Energy: You’ve got ideas for days and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and make them happen.
  • Organized and Results‑Driven: You thrive in fast‑paced environments and have a keen eye for detail, always keeping an eye on the results.
  • Strong leadership skills: Ability to inspire teams, manage complex projects in parallel while at the same time creating necessary structures and processes.
  • Passion for both B2B and B2C Customers: You get what makes people tick, and you know how to create experiences they’ll love and convert.
