What You'll Be Doing

1. Drive Business Performance

Review and analyze weekly / monthly / quarterly performance data

Track and manage the growth of 500+ cohosts in Germany

Identify key business opportunities and lead initiatives to scale impact

Unlock and manage local budgets for marketing and recruitment

2. Lead Community Engagement

Build trust and engagement among Hosts and Cohosts

Organize regular webinars and in-person community meetups in major cities

Share regulatory updates and platform best practices

Represent the platform at community and industry events

Travel quarterly across Germany to strengthen host relationships

3. Develop the Marketplace

Identify underserved regions and deploy cohosting coverage

Collaborate with global teams on recruitment and onboarding strategies

Monitor supply and demand to ensure a healthy, scalable hosting network

What We're Looking For

Experience : 5–10 years in business operations, project management or sales

Industry Know-How : Marketplace platform experience is highly valued

Skills & Mindset :

Analytical thinker who thrives in a target-driven environment

Strong project and stakeholder management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

Creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit

Languages : Fluent in English, German is a plus

Location : Ideally Berlin-based or remote with willingness to visit Berlin monthly (travel covered)
