What You’ll Do

• Plan site infrastructure, breaking down projects (site work, building, utilities, and tooling) into manageable scheduling packages; work with product, program, design, and construction managers to define and plan work, manage resources, and report progress.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Basis of Schedule (BOS) document throughout the planning lifecycle.
• Lead the schedule development lifecycle from conceptual to execution scheduling, conducting periodic planning meetings and aligning the plan with execution strategy.
• Utilize Oracle Primavera P6 to schedule projects, ensuring compliance with company and professional standards, loading resources, and confirming the reasonableness of contractor durations and ramp plans.
• Identify schedule risks and lead the contingency development process.
• Perform quality reviews of submitted work to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Support the development and administration of scheduling systems, processes, and templates; create metrics and benchmarks for early‑design planning.
• Track and summarize schedule performance with project controls and finance teams.
• Lead ad‑hoc schedule studies to support rapid decision making.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably in industrial or high‑tech settings.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction means and methods across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Comprehensive understanding of planning and CPM scheduling processes for multi‑billion‑dollar facilities.
• Strong facilitation skills leading planning meetings across multiple functions and trades.
• Experience with Aconex, Oracle Unifer, Bluebeam, CAD, and other construction packages.
• Advanced Oracle Primavera P6 skill set.
• Knowledge of earned value concepts, and use of resources such as R.S. Means to validate productivity and durations.
• Ability to manage both internal and external scheduling resources.
• Ability to work within a high‑performance, cross‑functional organization under tight timelines.
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability in a cross‑functional environment.
