We support pharmaceutical, medtech, biotech, laboratory, and healthcare organizations in addressing some of the most pressing challenges of today. Our work spans the entire operations value chain, combining strategic transformation with hands‑on implementation.
With deep expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain, we support our clients in topics such as global production footprint strategy, smart factory transformation, supply chain planning and optimization, operational excellence, and cost‑efficiency programmes.
What to expect?
You will be based in one of our German offices as a member of our global Life Sciences team. In this role you will take responsibility for end‑to‑end project delivery and ensure strong team performance across engagements, building relationships within and outside the company and contributing to business growth through high‑quality delivery and impactful client work.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end Operations and Supply Chain strategies across the Life Sciences value chain – from R&D to manufacturing, supply, and quality.
- Drive transformation programmes such as Smart Factory, Digital Operations, OPEX, and Lean initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and resilience.
- Analyze complex operational challenges, develop actionable solutions, and deliver measurable impact for our clients.
- Optimize production networks, planning processes, and operating models through data‑driven methods and AI‑based use cases.
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams and work closely with our clients on‑site to enable operational excellence.
- Contribute to business development through high‑quality project delivery and strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- College degree, ideally with a specialty in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine or a comparable degree programme.
- Professional experience either in consulting or in an operations‑related role within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech industry.
- Strong T‑shaped profile with broad industry understanding and deep expertise in areas such as manufacturing operations, operations excellence, supply chain optimisation, or quality.
- Strong interest in emerging trends and technologies in manufacturing and supply chain.
- Ability to combine people‑centric thinking with strong analytical skills and communicate complex topics in a clear and structured way.
- Strong willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and excellent command of English; additional language skills are a plus.
