Responsibilities:

• Holistic project work : Analysis of processes, procurement organizations, and product groups to develop and implement strategies for optimizing the supply chain and procurement process.
• Broad range of challenges : Working with a broad customer portfolio and project assignments across various industries, including retail, consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
• Intensive customer consulting : Working closely with customers to prepare and participate in workshops and negotiations, presenting processes and structures, and convincing customers by quickly gaining industry knowledge.
• Cross-industry development : Building knowledge across the company by participating in competence centers and further developing your skill set in new subject areas.
• Professional leadership : Taking on initial management responsibility and leading interns and consultants in your team, focusing on transferring methods and expertise.

Requirements:

• University degree with above-average grades and 1-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Practical experience and commitment in procurement and supply chain management.
• Ability to think analytically , be flexible with mobility, and have enthusiasm for new tasks and performance-driven work.
• Team-oriented with a confident appearance in an international environment and business fluency in both German and English .
