Senior Consultant - Reinsurance

We are expanding our Insurance International Team and are looking for you as a Senior Consultant - Reinsurance in Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Poland at the location of your choice. You can expect exciting projects with focus on digital transformation and modernization of reinsurance business models, processes, and platforms. Your Tasks

• Support our reinsurance clients in their digital transformation journey
• Take part in projects to modernize or implement new reinsurance platforms. From analysis and design to system integration and process improvements
• Help define how our clients will work in the future by developing target operating models and efficient workflows
• Work as a business analyst or requirements engineer. Understand what clients need, translate it into clear requirements, and make sure it’s delivered

Your Profile

• Several years of external consulting experience with a focus on reinsurance or insurance transformation projects
• Solid expertise in reinsurance operations. Ideally in underwriting, claims management, technical accounting, or actuarial functions
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
• Willingness to travel within Europe
