ERP Senior Consultant – Cloud Food & Beverages Consulting

To strengthen our ERP Cloud Food & Beverages Consulting team within the Services Organization in the Central Region, we are looking for a motivated, creative and enthusiastic ERP Senior Consultant.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide consultative guidance and assistance directly to customers within the Cloud Suite Food & Beverages area.
• Participate in full life cycle client‑facing implementation projects, including information gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing and go‑live processes relating to Infor applications.
• Add value to customer projects by leveraging practical experience with Infor solutions and implementations.
• Provide customers with integration and industry expertise as well as best‑practice recommendations; act as an advisor regarding best practices and configuration.
• Design and configure efficient client business solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans and perform testing of software configurations and customer solutions.
• Provide training to client’s key and end users.
• Achieve engagement objectives.
• Provide regular internal project reports when required.
• Be a team player, build relationships with the customer at all levels, and drive problems through to resolution.

Qualifications / Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience in at least one industry segment: Equipment, Service Management & Rental, Food & Beverage, Fashion, Distribution, and Manufacturing.
• Business process change knowledge in one or more areas: Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Sales Management, Manufacturing.
• Consulting experience.
• Implementation experience using M3 or equivalent software is highly desired.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English – mandatory.
• Willingness to travel.
