Key Responsibilities

• Life subject-matter expert, and responsible end-to-end execution of deliverables needed to ensure success of life projects
• Work with client teams, taking responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of deliverables, and ensuring project milestones are reached
• Manage communications and project timeline
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within strategic areas of development
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Life insurance background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
• Involvement in the creation of life strategy, product development and liaison between business, technology, and design teams
• Lead/Co-Lead cross-functional initiatives on life products and manage components and relationships with Distribution, Operations, Actuarial, IT, and other key stakeholders
• Deep understanding of life business and product landscape across EU and globally
• Experience in project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and rollout
• Ability to work with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to organize and prioritize tasks
• Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
• Excellent command of German and English for presentations and reports
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel (advanced functions)
• Curiosity or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
