Responsibilities

• Advise hospitals on strategy, innovation, organization, cost and process optimization, and restructuring.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation, coordinating closely with client leadership.
• Analyze clinical and administrative processes and develop and implement optimization concepts.
• Build sustainable customer relationships, identify business opportunities and future engagements, and drive strategic client development.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve the consulting portfolio.
• Analyze market and technology trends.
• Work flexibly across Germany, on client sites and from home.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Human Medicine or Economics with focus on health economics, hospital management or comparable.
• Minimum five years in independent steering and execution of consulting projects in consulting, strategic function in health sector or hospital project manager role.
• Deep knowledge of German health system, hospital landscape, regulatory framework, transformation processes and economics.
• Knowledge of hospital IT systems, technology trends or experience in clinic administration is an advantage.
• Strong network in health sector, especially hospital environment.
• Strong executive presence and negotiable German language skills.
