Senior Consultant SAP Quality Management (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Senior Consultant SAP Quality Management (f/m/d) to join our Risk & Regulatory division beginning December 2025.

Quality Management Transformation – Actively shape digital transformation in quality management. Advise companies on selecting and implementing innovative technologies to make their quality processes future‑ready and compliant with regulatory requirements.
SAP S/4HANA QM Expert – Dive into complex transformation projects and learn the most important trends in ERP quality management. Analyse and optimise our clients’ quality processes from initial conception through implementation, ensuring GxP compliance and regulatory adherence.
Development – Contribute ideas and actively drive the advancement of our consulting and audit services in Pharma quality management. Learn from experienced colleagues and grow with exciting challenges in client environments ranging from mid‑market companies to DAX corporations.
Technologies – Engage with innovative solutions such as AI, Cloud Computing, and RPA, developing new approaches to master our clients’ challenges in quality management, validation, and regulatory compliance.

Completed degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, (Business) Computer Science, Quality Management, or a comparable field of study.
Strong knowledge in quality management, GxP regulations, and business processes. Initial practical experience with SAP S/4HANA QM module or comparable quality management systems in regulated industries.
Excellent teamwork, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. Curiosity to continually acquire new knowledge and familiarise with new systems and compliance contexts.
Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (GxP, FDA, EMA), medical device standards (ISO 13485), and quality standards (ISO 9001) is highly valued.
Excellent German and English (written and spoken).
