Your Profile

Experience in multiple implementation projects involving performance & goals, succession & development, or learning
Very good knowledge and, if possible, certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (you can obtain certification later—your expertise is what matters to us)
Willingness to learn and curiosity
Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and, in particular, to support less experienced consultants during their training
High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
Fluent German and good English skills
Moderate willingness to travel
