(Senior) Controller / Corporate Housekeeping Manager (f/m/d)

Greenfields is seeking a finance professional to take ownership of corporate housekeeping and act as a trusted partner for international clients, combining financial expertise with the review of legal structures and contracts beyond pure numbers.

Key Responsibilities You will own corporate housekeeping for international clients and act as their primary relationship manager, ensuring strong financial performance, sound legal structures, and full compliance: Manage corporate housekeeping operations for international client entities Act as the main contact for clients, investors, and external advisors (tax, audit, legal, banking) Analyse cash flows, monitor liquidity, and oversee payment processes Review contracts, corporate documents, and legal structures from a financial and operational perspective Coordinate accounting, tax, audit, and reporting matters and ensure ongoing compliance Identify risks and improvement opportunities and support transactions and restructurings

Your Profile Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Controlling, Tax, or a related field Experience in controlling, accounting, administration, or comparable role Solid understanding of German finance and corporate requirements Experience managing stakeholders and client relationships Willingness to go beyond classic controlling into administrativeand corporate topics Strong analytical skills with a solution‑oriented mindset fluent in English and German
