How You’ll Make an Impact

Drive financial insights: From day one, you’ll perform profitability analyses and cost evaluations for new developments, setting clear financial targets and monitoring progress.
Shape portfolio performance: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define cost structures, track productivity initiatives, and provide transparent reporting through One Puma Web.
Lead economic decision‑making: Represent the financial perspective in product controlling, using P&L analysis and proactive recommendations to boost profitability.
Enable strategic growth: Support portfolio structuring, value flow setup, and entrepreneurial thinking to achieve ambitious goals.
Enhance processes: Contribute to the evolution of PLM tools and processes for seamless financial integration.
Champion eMobility projects: Take ownership of funding initiatives, ensuring economic evaluation, audit‑proof documentation, and strategic alignment.
Oversee budget and forecast planning: Manage budget planning and forecasting processes, ensuring thorough analyses of actuals to identify deviations and deliver actionable insights.

Your Success Is Grounded In

Education
- Master’s Degree in business administration or similar, with long‑term experience in performance and PLM controlling.
Experience & Skills
- Profound expertise in SAP and BI tools (Power BI, dashboards).
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- International project experience and intercultural competence.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for process improvement.
- Ideally, experience with government‑funded projects.
Ways of Working
- Collaborative team player in a dynamic eMobility environment, ready to take ownership and drive innovation.
Languages
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
