Within the central division Finance, Tax, and Controlling, we are looking for a (Senior) Controller (m/f/d) in the area of Strategic Controlling for the Hospital Care (HC) division in Melsungen as soon as possible.

In Strategic Controlling HC, we act as sparring partners for senior management on overarching steering topics. We actively shape the commercial strategy, further develop management models and reporting structures, and support planning and decision-making processes. We analyze strategic issues such as pricing and portfolio management and create transparency through meaningful KPIs – enabling management to make well-informed decisions.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• You act as a strategic and operational business partner to the senior management of the Hospital Care division
• You contribute proactively to target setting, steering, and organizational design from idea to market
• You translate complex data analyses into meaningful KPIs and clear recommendations for action for management
• You take a key role in designing and implementing future-oriented controlling tools, methods, and processes for the Hospital Care division
• You are responsible for optimizing and sustainably developing reporting and data structures, including ensuring data quality and consistency
• You conceptualize and implement modern BI solutions to support steering and decision-making processes

Professional Competencies

• Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on Controlling/Finance
• Solid professional experience, ideally with a strategic orientation, in the above-mentioned area
• Strong understanding of KPIs and ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
• Experience in designing and implementing BI solutions and confident in using reporting systems (e.g., SAP, IBM TM1)
• Proficient in common MS Office programs
• Your profile is rounded off by business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
