We are looking for a Senior Convention Sales Manager to lead our Convention Sales office in Cologne, working with a team of three to deliver exceptional service to our hotel clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Convention Sales office with three team members, including duty and vacation planning and conducting feedback conversations
• Prepare offers, contracts, and cost estimates
• Actively sell hotel rooms in connection with events
• Coordinate event arrangements, conduct property tours, and align internally on event flow
• Collaborate closely with Revenue, Reservations, and F&B departments
• Create Function Sheets
• Follow up conversations after events and oversee invoice control

Qualifications

• Authentic and authentic personality (BE YOURSELF)
• Completed training as a hotel professional or event manager, or a degree in tourism management or events
• Professional experience in Convention Sales in a hotel
• Strong communication skills
• Openness and warmth
• Sense of responsibility, teamwork, and organizational talent
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
