We are working with a modern and medium-sized PFS of slightly over 50 people, in search of a Senior Corporate Officer. If you seek a structure that genuinely cares about your satisfaction and growth, keep reading.

Our partner has been established in Luxembourg for more than ten years and is located in an accessible area of the city. The location is convenient for public transport users and cross-border workers, with a flexible work schedule.

This PFS offers a wide range of services to clients, mainly financial companies such as SOPARFIs, Holdings, SPV and Securitization vehicles. With a tight-knit team, you will be surrounded by colleagues who are eager to help, and they are looking for someone who also values team spirit .

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Corporate Officer , you will manage your own client portfolio and support clients from the constitution to the liquidation/dissolution of entities.
• You prepare corporate documentation such as minutes for Board and shareholder meetings or other documents (resolutions, etc.).
• You take on directorship mandates, developing client relationships based on trust. This fiduciary has a loyal client base with trustworthy clients .
• You will act as the main point of contact with stakeholders and third parties, including lawyers, banks, notaries and administrations.

Profile and Career Path

• We are seeking a profile with at least 4 years of experience as Corporate Officer, with autonomy. You should be familiar with the Luxembourgish work environment and related local structures (Fiduciary, PFS).
• You have a good level of autonomy working with SOPARFI/Holdings in your portfolio.
• Strong written and spoken English and French command to maintain effective communication within the team and with clients.
• We seek a motivated and passionate individual with an ambitious mindset who shares the structure’s vision and can integrate into this open-minded PFS.

Offer

• Excellent gross salary up to €72,000 per year , with meal vouchers of €10.80 and an annual bonus. Salary depends on experience and will evolve as you grow in the structure.
