Senior Creative (all genders)

Highsnobiety is looking for a Senior Creative to join our Berlin team. You’ll lead the creative conception of fashion-forward campaigns and content across social, photo, video, and activations, working closely with strategy and client teams to bring standout ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

• Lead creative and art direction for brand campaigns and content marketing projects
• Partner with strategy to define insights and creative approach
• Develop and present creative concepts to internal teams and clients
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and production teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Act as lead creative on set for photo and video productions

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Creative in an agency or studio environment
• Strong fashion POV with proven campaign and art direction experience
• Deep understanding of social-first and 360 campaign development
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and visual craft skills
• Cultural fluency across fashion, music, and youth culture
