(Senior) Creative Producer (m/f/d)

You'll be joining our Creative Production Unit – the central hub for content creation within Bauer Media Group Communications. We produce engaging video, audio, and live-streamed content for internal and external audiences across Europe, supporting both the Corporate Centre and our Lines of Business.

The difference you will make

In this role, you'll manage projects end-to-end – from concept development and scripting to directing shoots and delivering polished content. Your creativity and technical expertise will help us maintain high production values and ensure Bauer Media Group communicates with one voice across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality video and audio content within budget and timelines.
  • Manage and direct shoots, recordings, and live-streamed events.
  • Contribute to concept creation, script editing, and pre‑production planning.
  • Produce content across multiple platforms, including video, audio, and graphics.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in visual identity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in creative production across video, audio, and graphics.
  • Strong skills in video editing and motion graphics (DaVinci Resolve / Fusion desirable).
  • Knowledge of audio production and self‑shooting techniques.
  • Ability to manage large‑scale shoots and live events.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; willingness to travel across Europe.
