What you’ll do

Develop creative strategies, story angles, and messaging frameworks for paid channels and partner pages—spanning short‑form and long‑form formats, tailored for both video and written content.
Translate customer insights and performance data into innovative, high‑converting content ideas.
Collaborate with the Team Lead Ad Creation, Performance Marketing, Partner Pages, and the Creative Pod to execute assets end‑to‑end.
Write briefs, scripts, hooks, and oversee creative production.
Continuously test and optimize content formats based on performance data.
Stay ahead of platform trends and identify new opportunities for acquisition content.
Own end‑to‑end project management for creative delivery, business‑as‑usual and campaign updates—including timelines, stakeholder alignment, and QA.

What we’re looking for

5+ years’ experience in performance‑driven creative strategy (ideally D2C/beauty/wellness).
Strong understanding of paid social and partner page creative mechanics.
Proven track record of high‑performing ads and funnel assets.
Excellent storytelling, analytical thinking, and briefing skills.
Fast, structured, performance‑focused working style.
