About our CRM Team

We help our clients build and nurture lasting customer relationships by designing andoptimizingpersonalized CRM strategies that drive retention and growth. Our CRM team is now looking for an experiencedSeniorCRMManager– B2B (f/m/d) to lead strategic CRM initiatives, shapebestinclassHubSpot solutions, and drive measurable impact for our clients.This position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

  • You partner closely with our B2B clients to create and execute CRM strategies that support their business goals and drivelongtermgrowth.
  • You configure and tailor HubSpot CRM to meet complex client requirements, ensuring scalable setups and seamless integrations with other tools and platforms.
  • You manage andmaintainCRM databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and stronggovernance.Youmanage andmaintainCRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • You analyze lifecycle and customer interaction data, translating insights into strategic recommendations and impactful optimizations.
  • You design and manage advanced workflow automations within HubSpot to improve efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
  • You generate comprehensive reports and insights toassistclients in data-driven decision-making.
  • You conduct training sessions for clients on using HubSpot CRM and provide ongoing support tooptimizetheir CRM usage.

Who Are You?

  • You have at least 4–5 years of professional experience in CRM with a strong B2B focus and proven success in managing complex CRM initiatives.
  • You have strongexpertisein HubSpot CRM, with a deep understanding of its features, customization options, and integration capabilities to build scalable CRM solutions.
  • You excel at developing CRM strategies that align with diverse client needs and business goals, ensuring scalable andhighqualityexecution.
  • You are proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and execution tomonitoringCRM initiatives.
  • You bring a strongcustomercentricmindset and sethigh standardsfor service quality, ensuring client needs are understood, met, and proactively supported.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, stakeholder alignment, and training sessions in English - German is a plus.
  • You have a strong aptitude foridentifyingchallenges within CRM systems or strategies and devising effective solutions.
