Team mission

We're seeking an experienced and solution-oriented Technical Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of cross-functional lifecycle marketing initiatives. You'll play a critical role at the intersection of Brand, Content, Product, Analytics, and Data - ensuring that the projects within our roadmap get delivered on time and meet our high bar in terms of user experience.

This is a key role requiring deep content and CRM expertise, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to be both strategic and operational.

Your mission

• Delivery Management: Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful delivery of lifecycle marketing initiatives, including hands-on launch if required
• Project Management: Oversee project management efforts for cross-functional initiatives. Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to align project objectives, gather requirements, and provide regular status updates
• Customer Insights & Segmentation: Utilize customer data and market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and segments to increase the efficiency of targeted marketing efforts.
• Reporting & Analysis: Gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data, establish clear KPIs, and share actionable insights for marketing and product leadership.
• Push the boundaries: Proactively initiate and spearhead innovative content ideas that can increase value and improve the customer experience.

Your toolkit

• 5+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, CRM or product
• Experience working with Braze
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives with a high number of stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Experience building content and/or creative roadmaps
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin. We operate on a hybrid work model and value in-person interaction in our office 3+ days per week.
