Your Role:
As the Senior CRO Manager for Enterprise Projects, you will spearhead optimization initiatives for high-value clients. You will lead strategy, execution, and analysis of experiments designed to drive meaningful e-commerce growth. This role bridges hands-on tactical experimentation with strategic client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage CRO projects for enterprise-level e-commerce clients, owning the full experimental lifecycle—from hypothesis to implementation to data-driven insights.
- Design robust A/B tests, landing page experiments, and personalization tactics across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI, analytics, and development teams to align experimentation with business objectives.
- Develop and present clear results and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing CRO best practices and supporting their professional growth.
- Contribute to refining CRO frameworks, tools, and methodologies across the agency.
- Engage in regular alignment with CRO experts to continuously sharpen your skills and contribute to our learning culture.
Requirements:
Experience in CRO / A/B testing / UX research / e-commerce funnel management.
Ability to challenge and lead clients at the C-level.
You speak the language of both data and people – formulating clear hypotheses and presenting results persuasively.
You think in terms of business impact, not just “nice design.”
Extreme self-initiative – you don’t wait, you make things happen yourself.
Ability to give and receive honest, direct feedback.
Fluent in German and English.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in an enterprise / scale-up environment or with 8–9 figure e-commerce brands.
Background in psychology, data science, or business/economics.
Technical understanding (analytics setup, basic HTML/CSS, tagging).
Proven track record in high-performance environments (startups, consulting, agencies).
