Senior Data & AI Engineer (mfd)

**Yukawa is looking for a Senior Data & AI Engineer to design scalable data
architectures and develop AI applications for predictive forecasting and intelligent
automation. You will work on projects that combine AI IoT and cloud technologies
helping clients across industries turn their products and systems into smart data-
driven solutions that set them apart.

Tasks

• Design and implement scalable data architectures and ML pipelines
• Develop AI models for forecasting control and optimization
• Build and deploy AI-powered APIs and microservices in production
• Conduct data analysis and feature engineering for customer projects
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define data and AI solutions
• Apply best practices in MLOps experiment tracking and model lifecycle management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science Machine Learning or AI Engineering
• Experience in consulting or software development projects
• Strong Python skills e. g. with TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learn
• Data engineering experience with e. g. Pandas NumPy Spark MLflow
• Deployment knowledge e.g. with FastAPI Docker Kubernetes ONNX
• Data management experience using PostgreSQL BigQuery MinIO or Data Lakes
• Familiarity with Airflow and Grafana for MLOps and monitoring
• Degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Agile mindset and hands-on approach
• Residence in Germany required
