AI Futures are supporting a fast-growing, European consumer e-commerce scale-up that has recently secured a €30M Series B to accelerate its international expansion. They’re now building out their Data organization and looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive core initiatives across marketing, CRM, and customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the business, shaping analytical frameworks from scratch, and influencing how a fast-scaling brand understands and engages its customers.

Why this role is exciting:

You’ll partner directly with Influencer Marketing, Growth Marketing, and CRM teams to design, measure, and optimize performance across all customer touchpoints.
You’ll develop and refine customer segmentation, attribution frameworks, and incrementality models, helping the business improve efficiency and personalize the customer journey.
You’ll play a key role in implementing and scaling their Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring a smooth flow of data across tools and systems.
You’ll build automated dashboards, reporting pipelines, and insight engines that enable faster, smarter decision-making.
Your work will directly influence customer, retention, and lifetime value in a high-growth environment.

What they’re looking for:

5+ years in data analytics, marketing analytics, performance analytics, or data science.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Looker Studio, and experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis testing).
Experience with customer segmentation and working with behavioral, demographic, or transactional data.
Familiarity with marketing measurement, as attribution or incrementality; MMM is a plus.
Experience with or interest in CDPs (Segment, Rudderstack, similar).
Someone who can translate data into actionable insights and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
