We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for analysing and optimising the performance of mobile dating applications. Responsibilities: Identify improvement areas through data analysis, aligned with the company’s strategic vision and goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into business strategies.Define, conduct and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different product initiatives.Developing and monitor dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends for stakeholders. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in data analysis2+ years of experience in the Dating mobile apps marketStrong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib).Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.Familiarity with causality models for identifying relationships in data.
