Senior Data Analyst (E-Mobility & Charging) (f/d/m)

Meet the Team:

As a Data Analyst, you will be working with our Data Team based in Berlin and will be at the forefront of turning raw charging and billing data into actionable insights. You will support product, finance, and operations by providing structured reporting, dashboards, and analysis that shape business decisions in the fast-growing EV charging ecosystem.

Make an Impact by:

• Develop in-depth analytical understanding of charging behavior, billing flows, and customer usage patterns.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to enable business stakeholders to self-serve key insights.
• Perform exploratory and strategic analyses to support product launches, commercial initiatives, and financial planning.
• Define and track KPIs for revenue, margin, usage, and customer behavior across OEM and fleet segments.
• Partner with product managers, finance, and operations to translate business needs into clear analytical questions.
• Ensure high-quality and consistency of data in Snowflake and PostgreSQL, serving as a quality gatekeeper.

Your Profile:

• 4–6 years of experience in data analysis (mobility, energy, e-commerce, or fintech preferred).
• Advanced SQL (Snowflake, PostgreSQL) and solid experience with Power BI (alternatively Tableau/Looker).
• Strong background in statistics and A/B testing; ability to design and interpret experiments.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
