The role

As a Growth Data Analyst in the Growth Analytics team, you will support the wider International Marketing Analytics group, acting as a key consultant for the International part of HelloFresh’s business. Your main focus is supporting Growth stakeholders in decision‑making and serving as their primary contact for data and analytics questions. Your experience with Growth analytics and related technologies, combined with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, will significantly impact the company’s performance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns, channel targeting, and efficiency.
• Translate business questions into meaningful analytics for stakeholders across multiple Growth channels.
• Create ad‑hoc insights, lift tests, AB‑test analyses, reporting, and visualization.
• Utilize various databases and querying/programming languages to access, manipulate, and present required data.
• Improve the Growth Analytics approach, delivering key insights at various organizational levels.
• Take responsibility for own projects while collaborating and sharing knowledge with other analysts.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in Growth Marketing Analytics or related domains such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics, or Data Science.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and statistical modelling.
• A degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• Preferably experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Meta AA, ADH, etc.).
• Preferably experience with growth marketing analytics and testing (lift tests, campaign analytics, channel efficiency, AB testing).
• Expertise in SQL, Python & BigQuery, and enthusiasm for further technical learning.
• Experience in building dashboards using Tableau.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, regression, clustering, and time series is a plus.
• Team management, mentoring, or managing 1‑2 analysts is advantageous.
• Experience handling large datasets and awareness of common pitfalls.
• Marketing or product experience is favorable, not required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with effective presentation and communication.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
