Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities could be quite varied, but typically our Data Engineers (F/M/X):

Design data models of analytical applications.
Understand, build and develop ETL and data integration solutions using a wide array of technologies and data sources.
Work with big data components and migration strategies.
Work with cloud‑based infrastructure (Azure, AWS and Google) for hosting data solutions and applications.
Support the development of analysis and reporting solutions.

Qualifications

Proven role experience in developing ETL and data integration solutions.
Good knowledge of the Azure data engineering stack – Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob, Cosmos DB, Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
Capability in using Databricks and/or Spark.
Good experience in general programming – Python and SQL.
Experience working with data warehouse solutions, extracting and processing data in various ways using off‑the‑shelf tools and open‑source tools.
Experience working with version control systems (Git).
