Design and implement modern, scalable ETL / ELT pipelines across a range of enterprise and operational systems.
Ensure high data quality, consistency, and reliability using automated validation and monitoring mechanisms.
Lead efforts to harmonize data structures, naming conventions, and definitions across platforms.
Contribute to building a unified data architecture that enables comprehensive analytics and reporting.
Develop monitoring dashboards and KPIs in collaboration with business and technical teams.
Implement streaming and batch data flows to support real‑time decision support.
Support analytical use cases by preparing structured, well‑documented data layers.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
Contribute to data governance, documentation, and security best practices.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of hands‑on experience in data engineering, ideally in complex enterprise or industrial environments.
Strong skills in Python, SQL, Spark, Airflow, dbt, or similar modern data engineering tools.
Familiarity with real‑time data pipelines (e.g., Kafka, Flink, or similar) and AI initiatives.
Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premise architectures.
Comfortable with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Grafana, Tableau).
Deep understanding of AI theories, data modeling, transformation, and automation concepts.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross‑functional international teams.
