Senior Delivery Manager w. German (x,f,m)

As a Senior Delivery Manager , you will take on a key role in coordinating and guiding IT and product deliveries within our business customer segment. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and driving initiatives that make a tangible impact on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

The key outcomes we’re looking for in your first 6–12 months with us:

• Take ownership: Routinely manage delivery and orchestration tasks in your area and develop a strong understanding of adjacent domains.
• Drive priorities: Actively push forward at least three top topics with your teams and ensure regular, transparent stakeholder communication.
• Optimize ways of working: Introduce and establish at least five best practices that measurably improve team collaboration and delivery.
• Mentor people: Take on mentoring responsibility for at least two colleagues, supporting their professional growth through feedback and development.
• Shape planning: Play an active role in annual planning and strengthen alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• Advisory expertise: Proven experience supporting and advising IT management and product organizations; experience in a fintech/banking environment is a plus!
• Agile mindset: Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to apply them in practice.
• Tool proficiency: Confident in working with Jira and Confluence to structure and manage delivery work.
• Collaboration & empathy: Excellent organizational skills and a cooperative, empathetic approach to working with others.
• Stakeholder management & strategy: Skilled at building strong relationships, managing expectations, and contributing to strategic discussions.
• Adaptability & results‑focus: Solution‑oriented, flexible when priorities shift, and motivated to drive improvements and innovation.
• Proficiency in English & German (C1)
