The Senior Solution Consultant is a fully proficient professional responsible for understanding Kinaxis customers’ most pressing business performance challenges and committed to helping our customers solve complex issues in their supply chain management practice. The incumbent works with new and existing customers, providing expert guidance in integrating our product offerings so that customers can experience immediate value. The incumbent acts as a functional lead on projects by delivering consulting services and leadership during deployment of RapidResponse supply chain software, leveraging advanced knowledge of the product and supply‑chain industry trends and best practices to achieve desired outcomes.
