💻 Your Role

We’re looking for a passionate Community Manager / Developer Advocate to help us foster engagement and build bridges between our members, partners, and the broader tech ecosystem. If you’re an engineer / have technical background and experience in developer advocacy or evangelism, this is your chance to share your voice, uplift others, and help Radia grow.

🌱 What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly face of Radia in our online channels and at events
• Create and share inspiring, technical or developer-focused content (blogs, talks, workshops, or tutorials)
• Spark and nurture conversations within our community
• Support event planning and represent Radia as a speaker or moderator when needed
• Strengthen connections with partner organizations, speakers, and sponsors
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing among members

💡 What We’d Love to See

• Several years of experience as a developer advocate, evangelist, or community builder
• Strong communication skills (both technical and human!)
• Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in tech
• Creativity and initiative—you enjoy trying new ideas to bring people together
• A collaborative, kind, and inspiring presence
