Job Description

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing and maintaining solutions within Dynamics 365 Business Central to support our business operations. Working closely with functional consultants, business users and technical teams you will ensure the efficient and seamless implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central success.

Key Tasks

• Design, develop and customize applications and extensions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL Language)
• Develop integrations between Business Central and external systems (e.g., APIs, web services)
• Analyse business requirements, translate them into technical specifications and provide technical support on system capabilities, configurations and best practices
• Work with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to extend BC functionality as needed
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and data flow models
• Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshooting assistance
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and performance‑optimised

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a professional certification and accreditation in software development
• 5+ years proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) Developer
• Programming skills (C/AL, AL, .NET) for developing tailored solutions
• Knowledge of integrating Business Central with third‑party systems (APIs, OData, REST, SOAP)
• Experience with extensions development model (v2.0)
• Understanding of the Dynamics 365 Business Central data model and architecture
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to write clean, well‑documented and reusable code
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
