SAP Development Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage internal and external SAP development teams

• Ensure efficient and structured development processes within the SAP landscape

• Support planning and execution of SAP development tasks in various projects

• Act as a liaison between departments, project managers, and stakeholders

• Monitor quality, timelines, and budgets related to development activities

• Analyze and optimize existing development processes

• Provide support to developers on technical challenges

• Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices

• Maintain documentation and report on development progress

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in SAP development

• Proven track record in project or team coordination within SAP environments

• Expertise in ABAP, ABAP-OO, SAP Fiori, and SAP form technologies (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms)

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

• Analytical mindset with a solution-focused approach

• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style
