As a (Senior) Digital Marketing Manager , you will own digital demand generation for our Digital Unit, focusing on SMEs and Mid-Market. Your mission is to design, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies that leverage scalable online channels and create a predictable revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition in SME and Mid-market.
Develop a channel strategy for maximum output and measurable cost-per-Lead.
Plan and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, content, referral programs).
Use A/B testing, data analysis, and funnel optimisation to continuously improve conversion rates.
Drive positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to SME & Mid-Market needs.
Own the creation of digital content that educates, attracts, and converts the audiences (landing pages, webinars, video scripts, blog posts, ads, etc.).
Monitor KPIs across the digital ecosystem, derive insights, and translate them into actionable optimisations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing in B2B/SaaS.
Strong understanding of SME & Mid-Market buying behaviour and digital adoption trends.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM (preferably HubSpot), and analytics tools.
Proven track record in building automated funnels, lead nurturing flows, and scalable digital campaigns.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling digital content (German & English).
Experience with product-led growth / product-led sales is a big plus.
