About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join a digital marketing team supporting international clients. This role focuses on campaign optimization and performance improvement, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and manage digital marketing campaigns with a focus on Google Ads

• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights

• Implement optimization strategies to improve ROI and KPIs

• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders

• Ensure best practices in digital advertising and compliance

Requirements

• Fluency in German

• Good level of English

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)

• Proven experience in digital marketing optimization

• Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset

• Ability to work in a hybrid model
