Marketing Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize ROI on digital advertising campaigns.




• Identify opportunities to upsell and improve campaign performance through data analysis and market research.




• Provide exceptional customer experiences in a target-driven environment, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients via phone, email, and video conference.

Requirements:

• Native German + fluent English language skills.




• Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.




• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing (PPC campaign experience preferred).




• Sales experience is an asset.




• Knowledge of Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube is required.




• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
